„Mickey Mouse as Santa Painting by Charles Boyer (Walt Disney, 1989). Charles Boyer was Disneyland's first full-time artist. In the 39 years he worked for Disneyland's Marketing Department he produced artwork for everything from Park décor to advertising. He was eventually named the park's Master Illustrator and went on to create the iconic print of Walt Painting Mickey in the style of Norman Rockwell's self portrait. This is a one-of-a-kind Charles Boyer painting of Mickey Mouse as Santa Claus signed by the artist and dated '89. Mickey stands 8.5" tall on 10" x 10" illustration board and a gold ribbon has been applied to the border. There is a slight tear in board just above Mickey's head and a light smearing by his right ear; otherwise, condition is Good.“
