Liedtext[Bearbeiten]

Don't jump - to Conclusions
It always brings illusions
So be careful gals and guys take a tip and you'd be wise
If you want to minimize confusion
Don't jump - jump to conclusions
Now in the cities where I lived I had a careless friend
Who started crossing streets all happily
He thought that cause the light was green
No car would cross his path,
Oh, but that was where he's wrong unfortunatly
Because he jumped and got confusions
By jumping to conclusions
So be careful gals and guys take a tip and you'd be wise
If you want to minimize confusion
Don't jump - jump to conclusions
We had a country square dance and a dozen village boys
Asked my cousin Kate to take her there
But Kate she waited till to late to pick her date because
She thought she'd rate the local millionair
She jumped - Jumped to conclusions
Shattered her illusions
So be careful gals and guys take a tip and you'd be wise
If you want to minimize confusion
Don't jump - jump to conclusions
You heard about the race between the Tortoise and the Hare
And how the Hare sat musing in the sun
Well this is the exception to our rule cause Mr Hare
He should have kept on jumping til he won
He should have jumped to the conclusion
I don't get it - that's confussin
I'm just kidding gals and guys what you said before was wise
If you want to minimize confusion
Don't jump - jump to conclusions
When a problem comes to you take the time to think it through
And what ever else you do
Don't jump - jump, jump, jump to conclusions
